Your pre-operative appointment, the LASIK procedure, several post-operative visits and a one-year retreatment plan are all included in the price. You have access to a credentialed national network of ophthalmologists who specialize in LASIK surgery and have collectively performed over 3.5 million procedures. How Do You Take Advantage of The Discounts?
Please call QualSight at 855-489-2020 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST or Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST to schedule a pre-operative appointment. A care manager will answer your questions and schedule a pre-operative appointment with the physician you select.
After scheduling an appointment, the care manager will collect a 100 percent refundable scheduling deposit of $50 which is applied to the cost of the procedure. After the pre-operative exam, QualSight will collect a refundable surgery deposit of $500 which is also applied to the cost of the procedure. Both deposits are fully refundable should you decide not to have the procedure for any reason.
